Shipping and handling
Orders are shipped within 5 business days of receipt via the United States Postal Service Priority Mail.Priority mail generally takes 2 to 3 days to reach any address in the country. Our shipping days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. We offer a flat rate of $4.95 on all orders shipped to any address or P.O. Box in the United States including Alaska and Hawaii. Our shipping rate only applies to orders sent to one address. Please note we DO NOT ship outside of the United States.
Returns/Exchanges
Katiepiekids.com will accommodate returns and exchanges within 30 days from receipt of merchandise (except on personalized items). Merchandise must be unused and in its original condition. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Reshipping fees will be billed to the purchaser.
